Where do you ship?
From the United States to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway and most other destinations, all tracked. Rates and times are on the shipping page.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars, shown as US$. Your card or PayPal converts at its own rate; there is no extra conversion charge from us.
Will I pay import tax?
Australia: normally not under A$1,000. UK: on orders of £135 or less, 20% VAT and a carrier fee may be collected before delivery, because we do not charge UK VAT at checkout; over £135, import VAT and any customs duty apply. EU: import VAT and a carrier fee are collected before delivery, plus the EU's temporary €3 customs duty per item on parcels up to €150. Details by country are on the shipping page.
Are the plush and cards genuine?
Yes. Every item is genuine Pokémon Center product, listed with its manufacturer SKU, materials, country of origin and recommended age exactly as printed on the tag or box. Sealed TCG product is never opened or resealed.
How big is a Sitting Cuties plush?
Most are 10 to 18 cm (4 to 7 inches) on the longest side. Each listing states the exact size in both units.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled from your account until they are picked, usually within a few hours of ordering.
What does the purchase limit mean?
Some limited items carry a per-order limit so more customers get one. The limit is shown on the product page.
