Pokémon Center's European store carries a smaller plush range than the US catalogue and many Sitting Cuties and collection waves never reach it. We ship the full US catalogue to the United Kingdom, every EU country, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, tracked, from the United States.

How long does delivery take?
6 to 12 business days after dispatch by tracked international post, delivered by Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, La Poste, PostNL or your national carrier. Orders leave within 2 business days.
What does shipping cost?
US$12.99 per order to the UK and Europe, free on orders over US$120.
Will I pay VAT or customs charges?
In the UK, the rules say the seller charges VAT at checkout on orders of £135 or less. We do not charge UK VAT at checkout yet, so Royal Mail or the courier may ask you for 20% VAT and a handling fee before delivery. Over £135, import VAT, any customs duty and a carrier fee are collected before delivery. In the EU, VAT is due on every import at your country's rate, from 17% to 27%. We are not registered for the IOSS scheme, so the carrier collects it before delivery, usually with a handling fee. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a temporary customs duty of €3 per item on parcels up to €150, until 1 July 2028. Items of the same type count once, so five Sitting Cuties count as one item and a plush with a card tin counts as two. Parcels over €150 pay normal customs duty instead. Switzerland, Norway and Iceland have their own rules.
What are prices in pounds or euros?
Prices are in US dollars, marked US$. Your card converts at its own rate; a US$16.99 Sitting Cuties is roughly £13 to £14 or €15 to €16 before shipping and VAT.
Are the tags in English?
Yes. These are the US Pokémon Center releases with English hang tags and tush tags. The same plush sold in Japan carry Japanese tags as Pokémon fit.

Returns from the UK and Europe
30 days from delivery on unused plush with tags. Post the parcel back tracked and we refund the item price; return postage is refunded when the fault is ours. Sealed TCG product is final sale. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer law are not affected.
