Shipping to the US, Australia, UK and Europe
We ship from the United States to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe and most other countries. Every parcel is tracked. Prices on the site are in US dollars; your card issuer converts them at its own rate.

Orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days. Estimates count from dispatch and exclude customs processing.
Duties and taxes by destination
Australia
Orders with a customs value under A$1,000 normally clear without extra charges. Above A$1,000, Australian Border Force assesses GST and any duty, and the carrier collects it before delivery. We do not add GST at checkout.
New Zealand
Consignments under NZ$1,000 clear without charges in most cases; above that, Customs may collect GST and duty on delivery.
United Kingdom
Orders of £135 or less: UK rules say the seller charges VAT at checkout on these orders, rather than it being collected at the border. We do not charge UK VAT at checkout yet, so Royal Mail or the courier may ask you to pay 20% VAT and a handling fee before delivery. Orders over £135: normal import rules apply, and import VAT, any customs duty and a carrier fee are collected before delivery.
European Union
VAT is due on every parcel imported into the EU. We are not registered for IOSS, so import VAT at your country's rate is collected by the carrier before delivery, usually with a handling fee. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a temporary customs duty of €3 per item on parcels worth €150 or less. Items of the same type count once: five Sitting Cuties count as one item, while a plush and a card tin count as two. Parcels over €150 pay normal customs duty for each product instead. The €3 duty applies until 1 July 2028. Switzerland, Norway and Iceland apply their own VAT and customs rules.
United States
No import charges on domestic orders. Sales tax is not collected at this time.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed at dispatch and shown under Orders in your account. International tracking hands over to your local postal carrier on arrival in your country.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the release date shown on the product page and travel separately from in-stock items, so please place them as their own order.
