How big is this plush?
Length x width x height is 8.3 x 7.5 x 7.7 inches (21.1 x 19.1 x 19.6 cm). The size in the product name is the longest side.
How do I clean it?
Surface wash only. Use a damp cloth with mild soap and let it air dry; do not machine wash or tumble dry.
What is it made of?
All new material; polyester. Facial features are embroidered rather than glued.
Is it genuine?
Yes. Every plush we sell is genuine Pokémon Center product with its original hang tag and tush tag. We do not stock bootlegs.
Do you ship to Australia, the UK and Europe?
Yes, tracked from the US: 7 to 14 business days to Australia and New Zealand, 6 to 12 to the UK and Europe, free over US$120.
